Our Services:

  • Personal Training – This is a mobile service where we come to you at your home, office, or local park. We work with you and your goals to tailor a program that will get you the results your desire
  • Group Fitness Classes – Exercising with like-minded people in a safe all-inclusive fun environment, building strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance
  • Yoga – Available as a personal class or within a group of like-minded yogis. Improving mindfulness, assisting with your mental well-being whilst improving strength and flexibility through Asana
  • The Change in ME Program – This is an 8-week Accountability program where we make changes to your habits, eating cleaner, moving more, setting weekly tasks, and education for a sustainable healthier you. Weight loss is often a consequence of this program along with reduced body fat %, a more toned body, and much much more.
  • Teen Fit! – A program run during school terms to get children from 10-16 moving more. Great for those children who are not into team sports and find the competition too much.

Our Products:

  • Supplements – to assist in your health and wellness journey we stock for your convenience tried and tested protein powder and BCAAs. These are not a requirement in any of our programs/sessions, just products that may complement your training and weight loss goals.
  • Yoga Props – We stock high-quality yoga props to support you in your yoga practice. High-density foam blocks, yoga straps, lavender eye pillows, and calming yogic tea.
  • Gift vouchers – Our gift vouchers are available across all services to enable you to share your journey with a friend or loved one.
  • Merchandise – Show your pride in being part of the meVSme community through our merchandise, including but not limited to: hats, bags, jackets, training shirts, drink bottles

Our intention in offering these services and products to you is to enhance your quality of life. To be more active, to prevent or reduce the risk of chronic disease, to improve your mental wellbeing, and to help you to be the person you want to be!

Our products have been tried and tested to ensure they are of a high quality to meet their purpose, ensuring you can purchase with confidence that you will receive a product that is suitable and effective.

Qualifications and Responsibility
My Personal Experience:
I have been through my own battles with being overweight and it is through this journey and through the challenges I faced physically, mentally, and emotionally that I changed career paths. I also took a month out and headed to India to the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, and studied Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga to support my clients through this beautiful practice of bringing unity to the body, the breath, and the mind.
Qualifications
Cert III and IV in Fitness – Registered with Fitness Australia
Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training – Registered with Yoga Alliance
CPR and First Aid trained

Your Responsibility
Our Team will continue to ensure our qualifications as well as our First Aid including CPR Certificate, and Working with Children Check is up to date and current. We will continue with our own professional development and up-skilling when required to keep us up to date with current trends. Our Team is committed to provide and deliver high-quality programs with care and due diligence and to commit to industry best practices.

Important Information
It is an industry requirement that you complete a pre-exercise screening before commencing any physical activity and if a high-risk stratification is identified then medical clearance is required before commencing any of our programs/sessions. You will receive an electronic version of this form prior to any trial or enrolment.
If you have any injury or if your medical situation changes it is your responsibility that you advise us immediately so we can modify your participation immediately and effectively.

It is important that you conduct your own research to ensure our services are relevant to you before committing to any of our services and products. We offer no guarantees as any result achieved is dependent on a wide range of circumstances including your participation and commitment, your lifestyle and nutrition choice, and any health factors.

Specific Instructions
To get the most out of your membership it is important that you attend sessions on time. You are expected to be polite and considerate to your trainer and other participants. Be respectful of those around you, the environment, and the meVSme community.

Risks
While all due care and attention will be undertaken to preserve your safety and those around you By booking our services you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk.

Any physical activity involves an inherent risk of physical injuries, muscle soreness, and the potential for other damage during or after participating in an exercise/yoga session. Such risks can be caused by but are not limited to slips, trips, and falls, improper use of equipment, or even an unknown health problem.

It is important that you listen to your coach/Trainer’s advice and your responsibility for implementing any suggestions made by the Coach/Trainer during a Session. Always listen to your body and stop if you are not comfortable or experiencing pain.

It’s important that you participate at your own level, comfort and ability and not try to compete with those around you, hence our name ME Verses ME!

Limitations

Our services are for exercise prescription, yoga and mindfulness instruction, accountability coaching and dietary advice within the NSW Government Nutritional Guidelines. Anything else is beyond our scope of services.

Professional Advice

If you have any concerns in regards to your health and wellbeing please seek medical advice before commencing any exercise program. It is important that you get advice from your healthcare professional before commencing a new exercise regime.

Suitability

If you are wanting to get moving, feel fit, and be healthy. If you want a safe, fun and all-inclusive environment where you feel welcomed and supported. If enough is enough and you are ready to invest in yourself and make a change, then you could be what we are looking for to join our Community. It’s your time to build strength and confidence. It’s your time to put yourself first and to feel like yourself again!

Unsuitability

Our services are not suitable for you if you are not prepared to put the effort in and hold yourself accountable. If you are not ready to see the worth in your health and the value of being fit and healthy. If you are not ready to invest in your health now, so you are not paying for your illnesses later, then you are not the right fit for us.

Waiver of Liability
We do not make any guarantees or warranties about the accuracy of any material displayed on this website, with the exception of any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions set out in the Australian Consumer Law. We are human and errors creep in despite the best of intentions. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, please let us know.

Forms of Payment

We accept Payments on this site via Debit cards and Credit cards. Other methods such as Direct Deposit are available upon request.

Security Policy

We accept online payment via credit card through a payment gateway called Stripe. Your details are protected by encryption. We do not keep a record of customer credit card or bank details ourselves.

Payment Terms

Payments are paid in advance and dependent on the service chosen.
Membership Packages – on enrolment
Personalised Training Services – on a fortnightly or monthly basis in advance

Payment Plans

We do not offer payment plans, however, if you are experiencing financial hardship and would like to participate in any of our services to assist in your mental wellbeing, contact Sara on 0423 762 051 and discuss if a payment plan could be an option.
Delivery and Shipping

Service delivery:
Personalised Training is face-to-face at a predetermined and agreed-upon location.
Group Fitness and Yoga Sessions are delivered at a number of locations within the suburb of Kings Langley, NSW, as detailed in our current Timetable. Contact admin@mevsme.com.au for our current timetable.
Teen Fit! Is conducted at Kings Langley Public School
The Change in ME program is conducted in conjunction with the Group Fitness and Yoga Sessions.

If in the event of a pandemic and we enter into “Stay at home orders” then we will continue within the restricted guidelines set out by the NSW Government. Group Fitness and Yoga will resume online via Zoom and details of this will be provided to all members.
Before we start:
Before our first session, you will be required to complete a Pre-exercise screening to ensure you are well enough to commence an exercise regime. You will also receive a LIfestyle and Goals questionnaire, this is not compulsory but will give your coach the knowledge and understanding of what you would like to achieve and how. And any exercise preferences you may have.
Equipment:
You will be required to provide some personal equipment for your sessions,
Group Fitness: Exercise mat, Towel and Water
Yoga: Yoga mat, Yoga strap, Yoga blocks, towel and water.
Some of the above equipment can be purchased via our online store.
Attire:
It is important that you come dressed to your sessions in the appropriate clothing suitable for the activities involved. Comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely, no jeans. Appropriate footwear for Group Fitness, such as gym shoes, no thongs. Yoga is barefoot or with special yoga socks.
Cancellations and No-shows:
Please refer to your Agreement with meVSme as these details are outlined within the agreement.
Group Fitness and Yoga – You can cancel or reschedule a booking 1 hour prior to the session commencing. Within 1 hour you will be charged for that session.
Personal Training – You can reschedule your session if notified within 24 hours and within the same week Monday – Saturday. If unable to reschedule, 50% of your session fee will be charged. No shows will be charged for the full session.
Teen Fit! – You can cancel prior to the start of this program and will be charged a $25 administration fee taken from your deposit. Once the program commences there are no refunds for non-attendance or change of mind due, especially if you are using the Active Kids Voucher which will be redeemed from the NSW Government once the program starts.
The Change in ME program – You can cancel prior to the start of this program and will be charged 50% of the program fees due to the documentation already received as part of the induction into the program. Once the program commences there are no refunds for non-attendance or change of mind due to the content given as part of this program. You will continue to receive the content until the end of the course.
Products: You can receive a refund on your purchase prior to delivery. There are no refunds for any products once delivered.

Delivery of items purchased will be in person at your next session, depending on stock availability.
Appointment Policies

If for any reason your Coach has to cancel your Session and another Coach is not available and you, together with your Coach are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be provided.

Refund Policy & Consumer Guarantees

Change of Mind
Services:
If for any reason you have a “change of mind” in regards to your purchase. Please refer to your Agreement with meVSme as these details are outlined within the individual PT Service and Membership Agreements. All changes of mind should be provided in writing to admin@mevsme.com.au
Group Fitness and Yoga – You can change your mind and reschedule a booking 1 hour prior to the session commencing. Cancellation or no-shows within 1 hour of the session start time, you will be charged for that session.
Personal Training – You can change your mind and reschedule your session if notified within 24 hours of your Session and within the working week Monday – Saturday. If unable to reschedule, 50% of your session fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged for the full session. If you wish to change your mind completely then a full refund of sessions not used minus a $25 administration.
Teen Fit! – You can change your mind prior to the start of this program and will be charged a $25 administration fee taken from your deposit. Once the program commences there are no refunds for non-attendance or change of mind due, especially if you are using the Active Kids Voucher which will be redeemed from the NSW Government once the program starts. Programs are limited to a number of participants and you have secured your spot preventing another from taking it.
The Change in ME program – You can change your mind prior to the start of this program and will be charged 50% of the program fees due to the documentation already received as part of the induction into the program. Once the program commences there are no refunds for non-attendance or change of mind due to the content given as part of this program. Products:
We will offer a full 100% guarantee refund to all clients on the products prior to delivery. Once delivered there is no refund for change of mind.

Order Fulfillment

If a product is not available once purchased, you will be contacted via email with a timeline of when the product will be back in stock. You can either choose to wait until your item is back in stock or receive a full 100% refund and repurchase once available.
Minor Problem

In the event of a minor problem, the following applies
Services:
Personal Training – If for any reason your Coach has to cancel your Session and another Coach is not available and we are unable to reschedule to an alternative day/time a full refund will be provided.
Group Fitness and Yoga – If for any reason your Coach/Instructor has to cancel the Session and another Coach is unavailable a full refund will be provided. Except when on a Membership then they will receive an alternative compensation of a discount of $15 on their next payment
Teen Fit! – If for any reason your Coach/Instructor has to cancel the Session and another Coach is unavailable the program will be extended to make up for the missed Session.
The Change in ME program – If for any reason your Coach/Instructor has to cancel the Group Fitness or Yoga Session and another Coach is unavailable the program will be extended to make up for the missed Session.
Products:
In the likelihood that any items are deemed faulty or damaged a consultation to provide the best outcome for both parties will be held at our agreed availability.

Invitation to Discuss Problem
If you feel that there is any problem with our services, please let us know within 24 hours. We are keen to understand what has gone wrong if you are unhappy so that we can address your concerns and try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
Limitation of Liability
We take our obligations under Australian Consumer Law seriously and will do our best to address any issues that arise. However, even if there is a major problem, our liability is strictly limited to:
– replacing the goods or providing the services again; or
– if we are unable to do so within a reasonable time, paying the cost of having the relevant goods or services supplied to you again.”
Cancel Ongoing Supply
If you wish to cancel your memberships subscriptions we require a minimum of 14 days to avoid incurring the next payment. Cancellation notice must be emailed to admin@mevsme.com.au. If cancellation notice is within the 6-month contract agreement period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining contract is payable.

Respectful Communication

Comments Policy
We reserve the right to delete any comments on our website or social media accounts that are rude, offensive, or which we deem to be unacceptable. Keep it polite and play nicely, please!
Third-Party Content

From time to time we may post articles from guest writers who may add value to you and our clients on their health and wellness journey. We would like to specify that whatever the guests write about, represents their opinion and you should seek medical advice before making any changes to your diet or exercise regime.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Negotiation

If you have any concerns arising out of these terms, your use of our website, or our provision of products or services, we agree that we shall communicate with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution and resolve any dispute by negotiation and discussion. Please email us at admin@mevsme.com.au with the details of what has upset you so we can arrange a suitable time for both parties to discuss.

All information exchanged during this negotiation process or any subsequent dispute resolution process, shall be regarded as “without prejudice” communications for the purpose of settlement negotiations and shall be treated as confidential by everyone involved and their representatives unless otherwise required by law. However, evidence that is independently admissible or discoverable shall not be rendered inadmissible or non-discoverable by virtue of its use during the dispute resolution process.

Mediation

If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an independent accredited mediator, seeking online dispute resolution or mediation by telephone if we are not both in NSW Australia.

The mediator is to be appointed by agreement between us or, failing agreement within 21 days of the negotiation period ending, the person initiating the dispute will seek the appointment of a dispute resolution professional by the President of the Law Society of NSW, Australia or similar neutral authority.

We agree to share all the costs of mediation equally between us.

We agree that neither of us will commence legal action until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation has been exhausted.

Non-Disparagement

We both agree that we shall not publicly or privately disparage each other or anyone connected with the other’s business, but rather shall act in good faith to refrain from any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to negatively interfere with the business and/or personal interests of each other.

Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the governing law of NSW, Australia. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of NSW, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
