Our Group Fitness sessions are never the same. It’s a guarantee that if you train twice or five times a week each session is different. We incorporate many different formats and systems of training to keep them fresh and exciting. Whether you are new to training or you have been training for some time our coaches will adapt the exercise to suit you and your needs.
Each Group Fitness session is different and with the majority being held outside it allows us to keep them fresh and exciting.

Group fitness is fun!! Each week is different, you never know what to expect when you arrive. Sara is great at tailoring the session for individual needs and keeping you motivated during the session.

I absolutely loved the group sessions with Sara and my son had a blast too. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We have been attending up to 3 times a week now since December 2020.
